Getting a panel resprayed

Hi guys,

I am getting the rear quart of a rear door and the rear panel resprayed on my Focus.

Should i take it to a Ford bodyshop to ensure true colour matching or would a good normal bodyshop be just as good and cheaper?

Body shop will be just as good

Find out how much the difference is first.

Normal bodyshop would be just as good (or better) and a fair bit cheaper. Citroen couldn't match my saxo's colour with 3 attempts at it :rolleyes:

I will go to ford bodyshop and normal bodyshop tomorrow and ask for quotes from both.

Just to let you all know, Ford quoted £700, local bodyshop quoted £500, and then my collegues friend who owns a bodyshop said he'll sort it all out very nicely for a coupla hundred!
