How do I get a really good tan? I get bored very easily, I will lie down for about 10 minutes then get bored. What can I put on my skin that will give me a tan quickly?

If you want to cook yourself ... go ahead ! :p

Best off either MODERATELY using a sunbed or better still at your age use a good fake tan :)

The key is to be doing something while catching the sun (while remembering to regrease yourself regularly). I'm going to Lanzarote next week and I don't plan on sunbathing at all. There will be lots of swimming/beach football/bat & ball antics though, and without realising I will acquire an OK tan.
I'm looking forward to morning jogs the most though, been ages since I've been able to run in vest and shorts, never mind no top at all :D

Do remember the suncream too *has flashbacks to sunburn after the camping meet that made her look like an alien* :o

There's something unhealthy about the thought of greased up 16 years olds.

I went for a run this morning, nearly died but I made the effort!! It was 2 miles, Im now going to go and do sit ups in the garden.

If you use baby oil and you burn your skin the tan wont stay, your skin will peel and you will be crying in pain. And to top it all off you will get wrinkly quicker and you will look old and saggy quicker then what you normally would.

To tan just go out in the sun for about 10-15 minutes each day and let the chemical that tans the skin do its course natrally and not all at once.

Just remember, Your a britt. Your suposed to be white and pasty :p

UVA rays are your best bet.
You can get them in deodorant type spray cans (& roll-on) from the chemists now without prescription. Boots & Superdrug might do them too, just pop in and ask:)
