getting bsod when playing COD4

About half an hour into playing COD4 online i get BSODS, its only just started happening today, after the first time it did it, i reset my overclock back to 3ghz not the 3.12 i have it at, but it keeps doing it? And it restarts before i get to see what it exactly says.

When i restart and log back on, i get these messages in a windows pop up telling me its recovered from an unexpected shutdown.

Is there anywhere i can find the exact problem?

i think the message was something like IRQ_NOT_EQUAL...etc etc

Are you on the latest drivers or tried backdating to previous drivers?

im on the latest drivers yes, but i have been having problems with games not working and 'display driver stopped working' problems in the last few weeks.

Do you know what, I've had that exact problem over the last two weeks with my GTX, I updated the drivers and games would CTD and sometimes crash the PC. I'd get the "Display Driver Stopped Working" message. Eventually I had to reinstall Windows and then installed the latest TweakForce drivers, so I'm almost certain it's a Software conflict, not hardware.

yeah i definatly think its something to do with drivers, did reinstalling fix it?
