I have tried asking over at the Hifi part of forum, but didn't quite get the answer I was looking for so I'll ask again here (since it is probably more of a PC issue than hifi issue).
My friend got a PC with i5 6600K and a Asus Maximus VIII Gene motherboard, and although he managed to get sound from the PC to the receiver, he's only getting PCM/2 channel audio on the receiver even when playing DTS content. Anyone got any guide, suggest or instruction on what is he doing wrong or what he needs to do?
He mainly use he MPC-HC, and has cccp installed.
