Getting evicted

Hi, I got a phone call from my landlord this morning saying hes spiting up with his wife and she now has control over all his rental properties.

He has told me she wants to move into this house :eek:

I have 3 kids and we have lived here for 4 years. The rent we pay is £433 every month and it's very cheap for a 3 bedroom house. So ocuk what do i do, we work for a living so that means no council house?

My partner is bankrupt so getting private rent will be a pain.

No he was very nice, he was just warning me i think. Thing is nothing has been done to the house in the time we have been here, no gas check, nothing. To be frank it's a mess, and i have a feeling we will get the blame.

Thing is I'm not to worried about getting evicted as the house is a mess. It's just where do we go lol. Bugger.

I earn £400 per month, I look after the kids, my partner, the main wage earner is bankrupt and will have no chance getting a property with her name on.

I would not get a property that costs £500 per month on my own as i only work part time and do not earn enough money. :rolleyes:

Well done that man. she earns 18000 per year but it may as well be nothing.
