Getting MAC Codes

Changing ISP and rang up Tiscali to get my mac codes Said it would take BT up to 5 days to sort them out and id get an email and letter with them on, Its after 5 days now and no codes.
Is there any other way of getting them other than phoning tiscali again? and if i have to phone them should they not know them there and then?

Not really you need phone them back and chase and if it has been more than 5 WORKING days then demand to speak to a manager then advise them that unless they give you the MAC within 24 hours you will be contacting OFCOM as they are in breach of the Ofcom regulation regarding General Condition 22.

Depending on the level of access that Tiscali give to there call centre they might not be able to generate the MAC there and then also depends on if the Tiscali service is a LLU or a BTW service. If it is BTW and the person at Tiscali has eCo access then yes they will be able to generate the MAC straight away.
