Guy shouldn't be going that hard in sparring surely? Especially if he has that much more experience than you - sounds like it was a bit of a dick move.

The thought had crossed my mind, but its not going to do anything complaining.
Just going to recover and do my best in the remaining sessions

Things happen, ones a boxer and Malt isn't clearly, what is most likely a decent shot to him would obviously like being hit by a hammer to Malt.

The differences are huge, when I used to spa you had to be so careful with inexperienced and unfit beginners, as you only had to breathe on them to have them rolling around on the the deck (not literally I brush twice a day every day).

Had one of these in my local Catholic Club a few years ago. Few of my friends were in it but unfortunately also a few Gypsies. When my friend knocked the Gypsie over his GF/wife jumped in the ring to have a go at my friend. Then all hell broke loose. It was like a scene out of a film with almost everyone in there throwing punches. Never seen so many police in my life.
