Getting Old...........

Point taken but I had very little choice in the matter. If somebody had told me some lad was ****** my daughter I'd have put him in the ground.
When I got told I was going to be a Grandad there in Love bla bla bla What could I do ? Kill my future Grandsons Dad ?
I just supported my Daughter & dealt with it.

Why not put her in the ground? I don't get the father's attitude that it's the future son in laws fault.

You might as well be unhappy with wind or the tides. Ageing is part of life and life is what you make of it.

Personally I turned 40 this year and I have never been happier. Still cycle and play cricket. OK my reflexes are not as good as when I was in 20s, but experience makes up a lot for that. Indeed, I think I have been batting far better since I have got older than when I was younger. I am perhaps a little more aware of my own mortality, but again, there is little I can do about that apart from stay fit and enjoy myself.

When you have a Daughter you'll understand, Doesn't make it right but you'll understand. :)

In fact....shouldn't you be 4T7 soon? I seem to remember you saying your not far off getting older....

End of July so don't get that cake/coffin ready just yet. :D

I hit 30 a few months ago and it was certainly a little sobering.... obviously everybody who is over 30 always tells you otherwise, but still!

Killing your future grandsons dad would have been the logical choice. :D

I'm 24 and hangovers are getting noticeable worse.

I found the opposite so far. I just turned 24 and I'd say it's only the last two years or so that I've been able to properly handle drink and hangovers aren't much of a problem at all.

I'm sure they will get worse eventually though!

... they will :D On an upside you won't get those Big Dipper bedtime feelings when you're trying to sleep though :D

Mate I'm 31 and to make myself feel better i go out on a monday night (student night) and manage to 'pull' (hate that word) 20/21 year old stunning blondes :)

Works wonders for the confidence, if you are single you should do it.

I'm 46 and not too bothered about it to be honest. The big milestone of 30 and 40 passed by with no worries. The big 50 is a different kettle of fish though, just seems to be the leap between youth and not-youth (slippers, pipe and cardigan anyone?).

Pulling 20 year olds works wonder for confidence? Wow, very hard for a 31 year old man with money... not. :p

Try pulling the real women, the stunners in their mid to late 20's that are wise enough to be a little more discerning. They're also far less boring in Le Sack ;)

Been there and done that with late twenties, early thirties and I don't have a lot of money.

They are on par to be honest in the sack, all depends on the girl..
