Getting petrol tomorrow

This is why people go berserk and panic buy before Christmas, Easter or any BH for that matter... because they seem to think the whole world shuts down. In reality almost nothing closes any more.

You will still be able to buy petrol, milk, bread and almost anything tomorrow.

Was speaking to a few Asian lads and they said tomorrow is just a normal day to them, mind was blown

A few of my Asian mates celebrate Christmas. They said that their family just enjoy the decorations and they normally have Christmassy food. I know a few who don't.

Also, the Asian family a few doors up always make loads of samosa's for us at Christmas and we make them mince pies. (They have a tree and presents and such, but just have an epic Asian meal instead of the "English" meal) Epic snack food for Boxing day :)

Eeeee. When I were a lad all the shops were shut on a Sunday, and woe betide if it was a bank holiday weekend. If you urgently needed milk then it was a trip to the 24hr petrol station about 5 miles away and pray they had some in.

Nowadays everyone seems to panic when they can't get into a supermarket for over 24 hours.

Did you just go up to them and say "Oh hi, what are you up to tomorrow?". Seems a bit of a weird thing to do, especially for someone who seems to fear foreign people.
