Getting rid of this

somehow this is a background for the C: folder, its annoying and i dont want it.

ive ran a search for the picture which i assume is named Vista and deleted all i could find, yet it remains - i seem to remember being able to "configure" folders for backgrouns but cant find an option

Is there not an option under the "View" menu called 'customize this folder'?

Or is that not on XP?

and yea i remember the customize this folder option but cant find it, maybe because its the root of the c: rather then a folder though?
