The address on the paypal is the same as the ebay one.
The ebay account was made on the same day as the purchase on buy it now.
Perhaps refund the money and then go and meet "her" and get her to pay cash? Take along a friend just in case but if they agree to meet (at their confirmed address, check they are actually living there not loitering however!) then it's likely to be legit.

Also, phone the buyer directly. Go on ebay, click on advanced search. Then on the left hand side there is a find contact information tab. It will then ask for some details (to confirm you have an ongoing transaction with member) and will give you a phone number. Call it, and see if the account itself is fake or legitimate. Obviously be nice and don't make any accusations or anything, you can say its a courtesy call to check details.

im gona have to say if its been paid for stop being paranoid, i wanted to buy a car off
ebay recently and the guy ignored me completely i know these days that scammers and
stuff are always around but if you do you precautions like recorded delivery and cash out
the payment before sending you have nothing to lose mate

The problem is Paypal will then put your account into a negative amount if it was found the card/account was stolen, then you loose your money and the phone. If you cash out and remove your bank details they will still do this but possibly call the debt collectors (for this sort of sum).
Moral of the story, never sell or buy anything over £50 on ebay (unless you are buying from a recognised store, or can afford to loose the money, or handling payment an delivery in person). It's terrible it's come to this but that is pretty much how bad some people and ebay themselves are.

What im thinking also.
I got this persons phone number now. Only had their address before. Will call them before I think of shipping.
You are right its sad its come to this.
This is why I never use ebay and only use paypal when its on the MM here. I've had the royal paypal ***** twice, losing about £150~ each time and its not a small amount of cash to lose when things are tight. There's been some good advice in here though in regards to protecting it as best you can so if you do actually send your phone, you have some cover put in place "just in case"
