getting the same frames

no vsync is off on all games and wow i dont care about i dont need 60+ frames really and with the rest yes i play with the same setting

What fps are you getting? The 7950 should be almost double the speed as the 6850. You might be bottlenecked a bit by the cpu, not sure how good it is.

Run msi afterburner when playing and check the temperatures and clock speed to make sure its not staying downclocked. Also update to latest drivers. What power supply do you have?

in dayz i get around 30-50fps and is crysis 3 around 30 but in arma 3 around 20 on low ill go do the afterburner thing in abit and my power supply is http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-037-CS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=2463

medium settings on 720p becouse i was recording my frames are about 30 but motion blurr makes it fine i can play 1080p on high when not recording on the same frames but multiplayer is bad frames becouse the prossecer is a bottleneck

The 7950 should be a huge performance increase but I can easily see the processor being the bottleneck. Have you got it overclocked?

When you next play Dayz put the settings to the highest you want then open up task manager and check out the performance window, see how high your CPU usage is.

If it is a CPU bottleneck your only options to run high settings are either overclock it (still not going to cure the whole problem) or buy a replacement chip.

ah **** i havent had this cpu long since march last year and im abit low on money so i seems overclocking is the only way to fix this so... how should i go about this? this will be my first oc and if i was to buy a new cpu what one would you recommend?

Check out the CPU or the overclocking thread on the forum, theres a lot of advice there on overclocking your CPU's.

It would be well reccomended to get an aftermarket cooler though, AFAIK Bulldozer chips get hot quite quickly and the stock cooler wont be enough for overclocking.

Edit. Remember you need to find out whether or not this is a CPU bottleneck issue first!

Also try this on a varity of other games you have, BF3 would be a good one.
