Ok, so there's a new Hero in the household and it seems to have a strange problem. For some reason, randomly, it makes the 'notification' noise (that you specify in settings->sounds,notifications etc.) as if it's got an SMS. However, looking at the phone, there doesn't seem to be any obvious event that's occurred. An SMS hasn't arrived, and there's nothing in the notifications drop-down.
I had a play through, though not being terribly familiar with it (I'm a BB user) I couldn't really figure it out. All I know is that it's *not* a new email (I set that to be a different sound).
So, any ideas? Why's it making noises for no apparent reason?
