gfx card problems

this is what my desktop looks like whenever it boots up, but i cant even get it stable so im resorting to safe mode atm. i have uninstalled drivers, reinstalled drivers, used driver cleaner etc, but nothing works. even the boot up screen for vista is covered with blue squares, will try and get a photo of it.

my card is an HIS x1950pro agp, which i bought in january. it has worked fine until now except for a few driver problems.

so, whats wrong with my card?

hmmm looks liek a hardware problem to me with the card itself maybe over heating. check the cooler on it see if its blocked with dust

Yes, I'd say thats probably hardware related.
