Gfx card upgrade?

currently running a gtx260 216 (cheapo pallit)

Was thinking of either 2x 5770's or 1x gtx285?.

pro's and cons?

or upgrade my mobo to run 2x gtx260's is the final option..hmmmm

Hmm, I would go for the 5770 CF option tbh. The gtx 285 is old tech, same with the gtx 260 and they will be EOL or what ever it is soon. The 5770's will be faster/same than the gtx 285 and will offer dx 11. Also, cheaper and uses less power. 5770's get my vote.

I was swaying towards the dual 5770's... but thats an option of the 5850 hmmm.
Why are they all pre-order?.

Ive always been a single gfx card user, but fancy trying out xfire/sli for giggles

If you can wait for a while then wait for the 5850. If not, two 5770 should offer some nice performance.
