Gfx killing computer?

before you do anything else you really need to go to the store and buy a couple cans of compressed air and get a wide, soft paintbrush and go through the case and get rid off all that dust. Look in the fins of the CPU cooler and what you can see on the vid cards and use the brush to lossen the dust up and the air to blow it out.

Once you get all the dust and dirt out go from there. If you have a small set of screwdrivers you should fairly easily be able to take the fan shrouds off your video cards but make sure its just the fan shrouds and not the heat sink that way you can really get in there and clean any clogged dust off the video cards.

Just go through the whole case and get all that dust out of there and make sure you got some airflow going. If you have a giant clog of dust/cat/dog hair or what not all over your intake and outtake fans that makes a pretty big difference. For that matter make sure all your fans are working in the first place. Could be a situation where adding a couple fans inside will bring temps down once its all clean. Once its clean see what temps are like and can always take the side of the case off to see how much that impacts temps.
