GFX Price drops

There might be price drops on the 5970's.....

I HOPE ATI come out with a good card and undercut nvidia forcing all the cards to £300.
But why would they what will prob happen is this:
If the 6970 is indeed faster then the 580gtx they will prob match it's price at £400
If it's slightly slower it'll prob be around the £360 mark and prices will not change on any cards.
One thing we have learned about both thease companys are they are money grabbing ******** And are oblivious to the ressession.

I want the 6970 to be a monster, so the 580 drops to £300, and then I might be tempted to get one
