Hi,

PC Specs are

MSI GTX 970 (Using DVI Cable)
MAXIMUS VII GENE
8GB RAM
I5
Antec 650w PSU

I built this PC around 1 -2 months back and it was working fine. Now every 2 -3 days when I go to turn on my PC I get no display on my monitor and it says no signal. I've tried using the HDMI ouput on my gfx when this happens and it still doesn't work, and I've also tried using the onboard HDMI and I still get no display.
The only way I've found to fix it is to take my GFX out of the PCI slot and then put it back in. After doing this it works fine for 2 -3 days again.
What could be causing this? Is my GFX bad, or maybe the mobo?
In games my GFX is performing perfectly fine and the FPS and temps are normal, so once the PC is on the GFX seems to have no issues.

I've put my GFX into the second PCI slot to see if the issue still persists, but this is a PCI x8 slot so I imagine my performance in games will be bad?

Any ideas?

I had that with my DELL monitor, I had to turn the monitor off the on at the plug, then it worked!

Mine is a DELL as well actually...
I will try this if it happens again. Any idea why your monitor did that?
I'm going to leave my graphics card in the pci x8 for a few days still to see.
