right now am running GTX260 so it has to be better :p

also i want a card that i can crossfire or sli if i feel i need a little more power over time

other spec's are
CPU: Phenom 1090T @ 4gb
RAM: 8gb of 1600mhz Tactical Tracer
MOBO: MSI Fuzion 870A {should run mode A and N so can run sli or crossfire}

Hi there,

For £100 the card to have is the HD 6850.

Here is a performance comparison with the GTX 260.

This card will support Crossfire with another HD 6800 series card.

Edit: Beaten by stulid :)

+1 Both cards with have a 256 bit memory bus.

As for actual bandwidth, the ASUS card has a standard memory clock of 1GHz (4GHz effective) so it's memory bandwidth is 128GB/s, for reference.

I guess OCUK didn't complete the product description - so just left the "?" there.

They are pretty good cards, but them only having a 192 bit memory bus (standard GTX 460 1GB cards have a 256 bit memory bus) does worry me a bit - especially when a HD 6850 basically matches the performance of a standard GTX 460 1GB.
