I had half a packet of plain doritos left over from last night (why does one jar of salsa last half a bag?!) so I just bunged them in the microwave with tomato ketchup, a handful of chopped jalepenos, some dried red chilli flakes and grated cheddar.

Score.

Any more ghetto food offerings?

im sorry, 1 jar of salsa to half a bag!?

in my room, 1 jar of salsa == 2 bags

although what you made sounds amazing. i want it.

2 I haven't done,

Cheese and ham toasty done in the toaster. Squash the sandwich before you put it in the toaster and it doesn't leak cheese that much.

And crunchy nut cornflakes, normal corn flakes with brown sugar and a handful of roasted peanuts *vomits*

And one I have tried Ghetto Coco Pops, rice crispies with chocolate milk.

I can't think of anything off the top of my head, but I now have a name for my Mexican themed rap collective.

Cheers!

Ghetto Quessadillas.

Place one wholemeal wrap on a plate,
Cover it in salsa, cheese etc etc (whatever you want really),
Put another wrap on top of the whole thing.
Heat it up in a large frying pan (no oil needed if you're careful).
Flip it over and continue to heat it until it's crispy.

Done.

Takes a couple of minutes and is surprisingly tasty.

That just doesnt work man, do you ration it or something?

i dont like a lot of the lumps in it. they taste funny, so doritos tend to get dipped in it, but there's not a lot of scooping going on. it lasts longer that way, too.

now i really want doritos and curry sauce. you gits.

Exactly how I do it :)
Unless it's sour cream and chive dip then it all vanishes extremely quickly. :o

Guess which tomato ketchup nachos comes under ;)

Actually it was quite delicious. Far nicer than I expected. Perfect amount/evel of chillies too.

There was only a small amount of ketchup under the cheese anyhoo.
