Ghetto Nachos

How I make my Nachos, not really getto:

Bag of tortilla chips,
Salsa
Refried beans
Jalepenos
Few chopped tomatoes
Cheese on top

Throw it in the over for 15 min

Remover and dollop guacamole and sour cream on the top with some spring Onions and serve!
 
Toast under grill till slightly browned.
Spread on ketchup (tomato puree if slightly less ghetto).
Add slices of cheese plus olives, tuna, whatever...
Grill again till cheese melts.

PIZZA!

The best salsa is slightly spicy, straight from the fridge and has lots of juicy tomatoes, chillies and onions...

I could never eat it until a couple of years ago and used to be a 'dip in for the sauce' type.

But now I'm more manly than I used to be - I'll leave the sauce-dipping for those of you without hair on your balls.

prefer it room temp, has more flavour imo.
 
Because of this thread I went and bought some Doritos, Doritos salsa, creme fraiche, and used up the cheese and the bolognaise I had in the fridge. It was the best lunch I've ever had - amazing!! I arranged it in the bowl, cheese on top, grilled it for a few minutes till the cheese went melty then a dollop of salsa and a dollop of creme fraiche on top. soooooooo good :)
