right you said you were going to honour our 2 year wanrranty on our HIS 4870 and give us a email saying so,now ive had 2 threads closed and you have not replied to my 3 emails to you so ive sent the shop 3 web notes this is what the shop says

As stated before. You would need to contact Gibbo on the forums for further assistance for this. He is the person who was dealing with this and promised to send out the letters.
