Any chance of swapping my memory over for the Team Group stuff? should I ring in to ask them to swap it? I don't think i'd notice the difference between the corsair and the team group RAM tbh :)

Feel free to call and ask, if it has not yet shipped in theory they can change it for you. :)

It turns out they can't unfortunately, would mean cancel and re-ordering, decided to stick with it instead.

The corsair memory looks like low profile stuff which is generally better for clearance on components.

Strange, I called in to switch from Corsair to Team Group and they sorted it for me & I received notice of Paypal refuind for the £15.

Had you order shipped or something?

Nope don't think so, says "The order is in process" according to my account order section.

Gibbo? Any ideas mate? I wouldn't mind switching it but don't really want to cancel it and re-order :(
 
How much better is that CPU than a 2500k? Guess it would be a noticeable difference? Can't clock mine as the mobo is not compatible.

Not going to commit now, but I might at Christmas if it is repeated. Saving for a house is rubbish!
 
It says out of stock but I can still order it and get it on tuesday/wednesday?

TBH apart from BF 1 my rig is okay and I would probably be best waiting for Kaby at least anyway but this deal is really excellent.

@Gibbo - the ship has sailed unfortunately, order shipped and I wasn't able to switch the ram :(

Happy still a good deal.

Less happy that I rung in to get the ram swapped and guy on the phone couldn't do it, but 2 posts down a different person could?

My order 100% had not shipped because they added something to the order for me and it shipped out afterwards.
