What about a like for like 1.4V shootout?......

Typically, a lot of 7970 GHz Edition video cards would top out at 1.3v (1300mv.) The ASUS R9 280X DC2T TOP allows us to push up to 1.4v (1400mv) on the GPU. That extra voltage ability could allow us to get some impressive overclocks. We will have to get back to you on full overclocking coverage with voltage tweaking.

Are we ?? I don't see any improvements in price/performance, I see low to midrange prices have actually increased. I thought 270 would be a 1536 jobby. So we've lost our beloved 7850 and 7950, I can see why they did it too the buggers!! Also we should be bloody on 20nm bynow !!!
