Gift Voucher Size

I have been asked to make a gift voucher for someone.

Basically they want to put it inside a birthday card....does anyone know what size they should be when making it in photoshop?

I basically when I print it out I want it to be the same size as a voucher you would get for..M&S for example.

You could either make it business card sized (ie an actual gift card) which is 85×55mm, or I'd maybe make it the size of a £5 note which is 135x70mm.

I did it at 150mm by 70mm....that should look fine.
