Gigabyte 970A-UD3 Windows Load Error

Can anyone offer any advice please: problem is the machine resets during windows load screen (winXP) and I have done the following:

--tried safe mode
--Reset BIOS
--Fresh install of windows (setup runs then same thing on first reboot - just resets with no blue screen)
--Uninstalled everything - just mboard cpu ram vga and hdd on desk
--tried different sata cables and different sata ports
--tried different hdd and fresh install again
--ran memtest from cdrom - no errors

Not sure what else to do

You could try raising vcore a notch or two in the bios. Check that the memory settings and voltages are valid for your sticks. Memtest may be running tests at different speeds to the bios.

Problem solved; ahci was enabled in bios
