Gigabyte ATi Radeon HD 7950 waterblock?

Your going to have find out if its using a 7950 or 7970 pcb, or a non ref one. AFAIK, this is ref 7950. Go to coolingconfigurator.com and see there.
 
Windforce should be reference 7950 pcb, finding which block the msi 7950 takes is an absolute mine field. If you go for the msi I would strongly advise taking the cooler off first and comparing the pcb to known reference 7970/7950 pcb's.

Or you could play it safe and just buy the cheapest reference model?

..which card can be more overlocked.?

Another questions is how big radiator I should buy ?...because I want watercooling cpu and gpu with 1 single radiator..
Dual Fan Radiator will be good?
