Gigabyte B450 Elite Aorus bios resetting after a change

After I played around with my timings on my G.Skill 3200 CL15 (and 3700X) and a few crashes I decided to go back to the default XMP profile and get back to tightening timings later. However, I can't seem to go back to the XMP I used these last couple of days because the bios reset every single time. Now, I can't even do a simple change like adjusting my CPU fan curve without the bios resetting. I'm currently stuck at 2133mhz (and a loud-ass fan curve).

Any Ideas?

Maybe some settings corrupted and didn't reset.
Try normal CMOs clearing according to user manual.

Could also try reflashing/updating to latest BIOS.

Hey, thanks for the fast reply! I did try normal CMOs clearing. I also have the latest BIOS flashed. Do you think trying an older one would be a smart idea?
