Gigabyte DS3P...which SATA drivers for RAID?

I'm looking at the Gigabyte driver d/l page for the right drivers and there are loads!
GIGABYTE SATA2 RAID Driver
GIGABYTE SATA2 Preinstall driver (For AHCI / RAID Mode) Note: Press F6 during Windows* setup to read from floppy.
Intel ICH6R/ ICH7R/ ICH7DH/ ICH8R SATA RAID Driver
Intel ICH6R/ ICH7R/ ICH7DH/ ICH8R (Preinstall driver, press F6 during Windows* setup to read from floppy)

I'm guessing that if I only use the Intel SATAII controllers then I only need the Intel drivers and I'd use the Preinstall driver first then install the other one when prompted? Is there anyway to install without a floppy drive, USB flash drive?

The page is here, could someone take 5 mins or so and let me know which I need to set up two 250Gb SATAII discs in RAID0 please?
I'm installing Win 7 RC x64 as a trial run before my disc arrive at the end of the month.

Use the ICH8R controller to setup your RAID0 array, refer to the manual for this, as regards drivers, at the time of install the drivers will be installed automaticaly from Windows 7 as they are contained in the OS (out of box), once install complete and desktop appears, firstly install the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility Version 9.1.1.1020 WHQL then install the Intel Matrix storage Manage 8.9.0.1002, this will not only install the matrix storage manager, but will also update the ICH8R drivers to the latest version...

The Intel drivers on the Gigabyte site are quite old...

No need for F6 step from Vista onwards; during Windows 7 install you could load drivers from USB storage device (if supported by mobo), but no point as you need to install the Intel Matrix Storage Manager (when desktop appears) which will also install the latest ICH8R drivers anyway...

After setting up RAID0 array in (RAID) BIOS, remember to go back into BIOS and set 1st boot device as optical device and 2nd as ICH8R volume.
