Gigabyte DS4 slow Hard Drive Detection

Hi guys, not really a problem, but ive noticed that when i boot up my pc the screen after the bios where the SATA drives are detected takes upto 10-15 seconds to go through.
Ive got 2 SATA drives(non RAID) connected to the Intel slots rather than the Jmicron ones. Everything works fine, its just it takes so long to get through this screen and i was wondering what i could configure to make it get past it faster.

Nothing, that's just how long it takes. 15 seconds seems a goodly while though. Mine takes about 10.

Make sure you're running the latest BIOS.
One of the later BIOS revisions does mention HD detection speed as one of the fixes.
