Hi

I am using two fan headers on my Gigabyte EX58 UD5 mobo.

There is a 3 pin fan lead coming out of my Enermax Revolutions power supply which I plugged in to the 3 pin header on the motherboard labelled PWR.

I have connected the 4 pin PWM header labelled CPU to an AKASA splitter which connects to two fans placed on either side of my CPU cooler for a push-pull setup.

EasyTune6 shows the CPU fan speed as being 0 and the Power fan speed as being 672.

Have i wired this up properly? Why is EasyTune6 only showing rpm for PWR and not CPU?

Cheers,
Dub

From memory fan speeds are not shown when you have two fans connected to the same connector. If you think about it, the monitor is getting two different feeds.

I got round this by cutting the fan speed lead on one of the fans but obviously affects retail later.
