Hello, i have recently built a pc and i have the Z87X-UD3H, does gigabyte have a fan controller software or do i have to find different ones as there are many 4 pin fan connectors on the mobo, If not is there any good fan controller software i can use.

Thanks in advanced

(Note) Support Intel 8 series motherboards (support may vary by model).
(Note) Please install APP Center first before install this utility.
(Note) Please remove current/ earlier version of EasyTune and GWUM Tools before install this.

OS:Windows 7 32bit,Windows 7 64bit,Windows 8 32bit,Windows 8 64bit,Windows 8.1 32bit,Windows 8.1 64bit

Its a 59MB download, maybe you have to extract the file after its downloaded and then double click the installer?

Well its hard to obviously see what happening.

Does it look like its installing then disappears? as I think it it will be in your notification tray or under start button/programs under Gigabyte/easytune

in the start menu, when i go on Gigabyte/easytune then theres a file called Launch RunOnceTask.exe but nothing seems to happen when i click it

Hmm that don't sound right.

Its annoying as I have used that software and Z87 board but currently have my X79 setup so cant have a fiddle to try and replicate your result.

When you download it, is it in a zip or rar? If so extract it to your desktop and run as administrator. Does it do anything then?

Just a thought - some motherboard utilities require the disc driver to be installed first, otherwise the newer downloadable driver for the utility will not install.

Ran across a couple of things like that with an MSI Z87 MPower Max install.

Could you borrow an optical drive to try?
