Gigabyte G24F monitor is 8-Bit or 10-Bit?

Hello everyone, I write to esupport.gigabyte.com to see if my monitor is 10-Bit or 8-Bit, but there was no response for 8 days. I found this forum while researching why gigabyte there was no response and I wanted to ask the same question here. @GIGA-Man

Gigabyte G24F monitor is native 8-Bit or 8(6-Bit+FRC)bit? My PC see the G24F monitor as 10-bit. If my monitor is real 8-Bit, I think it is 10-Bit with FRC support.

It does say on Gigabyte's website specs it's 8 bit. Also given the price and market segment this is aimed at, i.e. a low cost gaming monitor, I would be very surprised if it had a true 10 bit panel. I can't imagine anyone who can honestly really benefit from a 10bit panel actually buying a 24 inch 1080P monitor though in all seriousness, right tool for the job etc. I don't think I've seen a 6bit + FRC panel since the days of TN displays, this is an IPS panel so not likely. I trust the specs, I would expect 8 bit for the price and type of monitor and that's what it says.
