It should be the Samsung B die from the looks of it which the original Ryzens were most compatible with, but even then the improved IMC on the 2700X should easily be able to handle it.

Seems strange that it wont do 3200, especially being b-die.

Like Orcvader has said, they don't have an option other than to accept it, unless obvious damage that it.

Yes, that is the RAM I have.
I've been trying again today, upping RAM volts to 1.35 and SOC to 1.2. Doing lots more searching, resetting etc.
I can't even get it to go 2666. When it does boot it's perfectly stable just damn slow

Different board and bios, aorus gaming 7 x470 and 2600x running at stock but had similar probs team group 8pack 3600Mhz unstable in xmp but manually changed settings and fine at 3400 so i will wait for the next bios update now.
Interestingly it would run 3600 xmp in single channel mode.
