Gigabyte GA P35C DS3R (installing ram)

just putting my new system together.do i put the 2 ram below in a yellow socket and red one or do i have to put the ram in the 2 yellow sockets

Just make sure its in the ddr2 slot and not the ddr3.

You want to use either both yellow or both red. If you use one red and one yellow it will run more slowly.
