GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H

is there anyway i can put it back to normal were its like our the box because i have updated the version of the bios and everything and wanna start again as if its just unboxed?

You can flash the BIOS back to what ever it came with (if you can remember what it was)

Or use the BIOS switch to use the back up BIOS that hopefully you didn't also flash?

the switch i have flicked it up then turned pc on then of then flicked it back but i dont think i didnt anything bad while it was flicked up lol and if i put usb in nd go to an older verison will that whipe all my settings i have done yes?

Yes it will reset to default,if you want to save the settings press f12 to take screenshot of each page

Okay why ur here u seem to no quite abit and in other threads no one answer im only doing this and im formatting my pc because past few days my pc has been cri ashing on games and closes them off and now my league of legends aways flashes on the screen while playing i also took of all the overclocks

Can you monitor CPU temps by using Coretemp or Realtemp and use GPU-Z logging option to check GFX card temps.

If games only crash to desktop you need one or two clicks more CPU voltage

If the whole pc crashes it could be something else

Ok, but im of to bed shortly.

Try the games after the BIOS flash which means everything is at default values.

The RAM may need the XMP profile loaded (in the advanced memory section) to get it running as per the RAM specs.

Okay i loaded a league of legends game and i dont see the flashes now but normally i always load first cos i have a ssd but i loaded last and i remember in the bio the 1st boot option wasent my ssd does that matter?
