It says it has USB 3.0 and for the life of me I have tried every port but I can't find them, am I supposed to sort them in the BIOS or download a new driver for them....?
Not a need as such, I mean I do transfer a lot of stuff to sepreate drives but I have pretty much everything else new on my first build so maybe I made a mistake on the motherboard?
20-30mb a second isn't an awful transfer rate until you try transferring 120gb!!
You would need to purchase USB 3 enclosures Or use the esata connector on the motherboards I/O shield, I use this when backing up my pc to a external hard drive via a Akasa enclosure.
Oh for sure it will be a stupid thread when I build a beast of a PC with crossfired graphics cards just to play something silly like Football Manager or C & C!!!
