I have recently bought a Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3 mobo and built a system with a gainward graphics card 1gig version (I dont know the model number but it supports HDMI output)

Everything was working apart from the HDMI and sound output through it. I realise the spdiff connection should be made but I cannot find it. Had a look around a bit took the graphics card out and back in. And now my system wont even power up.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be gratefull.

I have checked all the connections on the motherboard and all seems well however. I havent checked the power supply so that is the next step.

I havent tried resetting the cmos so I will try that later today.
