Gigabyte - Poor Service?

Sorry for the 3'rd post in the row but..
I just got back a motherboard. They sent me the EP45-DS3R instead of the 35

I guess they're not producing the 35'ers anymore...

Bah, I didn't realise that you could claim back postage money on RMA's, and when I sent my X1800XT back a couple years back that stung.

My DOA X1800XT was replaced with an X1900XT.

See! Gigabyte Rock! Asus totally SUCK!!! lol Asus can stick their 6-8 weeks RMA return up their you know what!!!

Well, its not your fault that the product is crap... so why should you pay for it?

Im up and running on the new motherboard now.. thought, I haven't yet re-installed my OS nor anything else. Will take that after x-mas and all that. Working quite well anyway

You can? You got your postage costs reimbursed by OcUK? I returned a motherboard last year to here..
