Gigabyte RTX 3070 AORUS MASTER 1 of the 3 fans is stalling

Hello I have a RTX 3070 and one of my 3 fans is stalling and just starts spinning then it stops and then starts every 7 sec while the other fans work normally I have cleaned the fans and checked it there are sticky but there all normal no weird sounds coming from the one that is stalling I think its a software error but I don't know and I don't know what to do anymore.

My specs:

• Ryzen 5 3600 not OC
• Gigabyte RTX 3070 AORUS MASTER
• 16 GB ram HYPERX
• ASUS TUF gaming B550m-plus
• 700 w PSU

You got another machine to try it in to rule out any software related issues?

Falling that burn a Linux live ISO to a USB stick and quickly boot into that to see if it still happens.
