Gigabyte Z68AP-D3

Hi,
Just invested in some new kit from the shop:

Z68AP-D3 mobo
i5 2500K processor
8GB Kingston 1600 HyperX Genesis Grey
Corsair A50 High-performance CPU Cooler

I already turned the base clock up to 103 and the multiplier to 37 but I'm sure there's a lot more to extract from this setup. I had a look round on the internet but there's not much been written about this particular board so far. Anyone got a set of data I can plug into the BIOS to crank this baby?

Yes, thanks for that. Just done some testing and can't seem to get it to the 4.6Ghz in the article, I could only manage 4.3. Any higher and it wouldn't post.

Just to recap, these are the settings adjusted from base in the article:

Advanced Frequency:
System Memory Multiplier 16

Advanced Voltage:
Dynamic Vcore (DVID) +0.020
CPU PPL 1.88
DRAM Voltage 1.64

Memory
Channel A Timings:
CAS 9
tRCD 9
tRP 9
tRAS 24

Integrated Peripherals:
PCH SATA Control AHCI

Advanced CPU Core:
CPU Clock Ratio 33x
Turbo Ratio (1-core) 43 (47)
Turbo Ratio (2-core) 43 (47)
Turbo Ratio (3-core) 43 (47)
Turbo Ratio (4-core) 43 (47)

Those last 4 values are the ones that I can't attain. Would it be safe to up the Vcore or the CPU PPL any more?
