Gigbyte MoBo - How do you lower voltage?

On other makes of motherboard (Abit, Asus for example) voltages have been set in the BIOS by selecting actual voltage values.

But with Gigabyte, all you can do is select increments.

You get a 'normal' value which the MoBo determines somehow and then you have the option to increse it in increments.

But is there a way of going lower than 'Normal'. There are two reasons why I might want to do this

(i) To undervolt my components to see if I can get them running stock but cooler

(ii) Where the MoBo determines 'Normal' as too high. For example, I have RAM which is supposed to run at 1.5V but my MoBo decides that 'Normal' is 1.6V.

Cheers,

Nigel
