Fever Tree Tonic, the only brand that matters. I can occasionally stretch as far as there Sicilian Lemonade to substitute there straight up Tonic, but aside from that...

Fill glass 2/3 full with ice, fat slice of lemon, double gin measure and the rest tonic. Exquisite!

Adnams copper house gin and fever tree. Simple and refreshing.

Gin Mare with mango and black pepper is nice of you want to dive into those realms.

Really different tasting gin is Pink Pepper.

Got a bottle of Thomas Dakin recently. Was impressed by that too.

My collection is probably sitting around 30 different bottles.

Had a bottle of Whitley Neill gin recently, just drank with tonic but it was lovely.
Got a bottle of this for my birthday in the summer. Really good with lots of ice, wedge of lemon and orange and a good glug of Fever Tree tonic. The citrus works really well with it.

Always looking what to add to my gin.

What about measure guys? Do you measure your gin? What size glass do u use?

I been using a mug. 2 x 50mm shots of gin in it, lemon squash, topped with lemonade!

Place near me does brockmans with raspberry and orange peel. It's like drinking a refreshing sherbert

Depends on the gin...

Almost always with fever tree tonic (if I could get hold of fentimans then I would use that) however I have been known to have rose lemonade with Bloom gin which is very nice.

As a "garnish" I tend to like citrus peels so orange, grapefruit, and lemon for citrus gins (sometimes I add some cloves for a different taste with the peel). For peppery gins I add peppercorns and cucumber usually. For more liquor gins and sloe gins I tend to have them just over crushed ice :)

One thing I have enjoyed adding to the gins is some of the copperhead bitters (Aperitivum, Energeticum, and digestive) which can massively change the flavour of any gin (not just copperhead) and well worth looking into for anyone that wants to change it up from time to time (only need a few drops and it lasts ages)
