So partner's shifts shafted me again.
Been pricing together a home Gym. Giving flexability.

2x3 @40Kg (Dumbbels, Romanian deadlift, Grip just failed me :( )

That's not a bad idea.

So, Rubbish work gym, Decided to use the leg press, did a pyramid type thing. That I saw an alan thrall's youtube :p

Leg Press:
do 10 reps,
increase weight,
repeat to failure
work back down.
I have no idea the weights involved here haha

Still using the useless work gym:

Leg Press:
Stuff....
set it to 80% of my 5rep, did 50 reps.....leg press to squat comparison is strange, it was easy, so started doing sets of 20 reps increasing weight.
got to 115Kg...... I reckon leg press machine's full of **** when it comes to amounts.

1x3 @ 15Kg
5x5 @ 20Kg

DL (RDL with dumbells)

Adjusted the rack a number of times.
Couldn't get into the right headspace for a while....
