Right I have this female friend who a couple of months ago told me she just wanted to be friends with me nothing more. However in the last week or so she has been acting different, and if she hadn't said what she did about just being friends then I would be pretty sure she was after me.

Because of what she said I am not entirely sure how to go about finding out, if I ask her and it turns out she is just being a bit weird then I risk wrecking our friendship, on the other hand if I do nothing then she may think I'm not interested.

What do I do?

Just make sure she knows, girls like you being direct. AFAIK they think the same about us, ie "They always change their minds" "They're never clear", so suprise her and just let her know. Then the ball is in her court, and just let it do as it will. That's what I've done and it seems to work pretty well.

Get drunk together. Things will work themselves out one way or another.

Slip her the crippler and see if she's offended......

My mate reckons she has changed her mind, at the time she said she just wanted to be friends she was pretty convinced that I wasn't over somebody else.

I saw her last week, after that was when she was different. She has become really paranoid that I don't like her and it seemed to boil down to me not asking her to come out with me that often. Anyway I messaged her yesterday to see when she was free and she told me she was free all next week and asked me to go to the cinema, take her to an exhibition and maybe go for a drink.

we all no what drunkness leads to.

Speak for yourself. In my experience it leads to vomit, which is why I quit.

Hint: Don't vomit on her.

More applicable in this scenario, being tipsy to some degree or another will lower inhibitions so they can lay their emotions bare.

Dress up as a clown and hurl yourself through her window.

Girls love comedy and tragedy, you'll be well in.
