I would go with

Maroon five Sunday morning.
Scissor sisters i don't feel like dancing.
 
I'm not sure it even counts as a 'girly' song, more bubblegum pop, but I bloody love 'Girlfriend' by Avril Lavigne.

Quite hard to do though because there is a fine line between 'girly', 'cheesy pop' and 'emotional but not quite soppy'
