July 23rd is the annual 'Bursting of the English' Fare whereby the pleasant ladies and gents of Glasgow set free the English servants they keep in the basement. Confused and blinded by the natural light they're unaccustomed to, the servants run off in all directions before their masters flick the switch which in turns triggers the explosion of the neck-grenades they all wear.
