Glasgow > Birmingham

train wasn't too cheap last time i went down south, was actually cheaper to drive. 1 full tank should get you there easily.

There was me thinking you were stating the obvious fact that Glasgow does very much 'arrow' Birmingham

:D

See i've never travelled by train before, is there certain companies that go Scotland > England routes? Searching on Google for this kind of thing brings up a lot of uselesss noise.

The same applies for flying, I wouldn't know where to start for domestic flights. BMI are Midlands right? Birmingham is in the Midlands?

I'm going for a weekend not this weekend but the week after (20th - 22nd).

To get from Glasgow to Birmingham it's Virgin Trains. As said, there are some deals to be ahd if you book early enough.

The cheapest way would probably be Megabus. You could possibly get it for £1 each way. As for best(As in 100% more comfort than mega bus) then i'd say Train.
