Glorious Model O- Mouse Faulty

Hello! I bought the Glorious Model O- about exactly 51 days ago but today I keeps disconnecting when I move it the slightest bit. I am really not sure what to do and very upset. Please help me

Unfortunately these forums, although run by OcUK, aren't monitored by shop staff. The only part of the forums monitored by them is the Customer Services forum. I'd recommend posting in that. You should see it further up the list of forums.

That's quite a common issue with the old cable. They've updated to a new one now. Get in contact with OC and they will get it swapped.
