Hey, This is the second mouse I have been sent due to the exact same thing happening to my other one. I ordered a Model O from this website and it kept disconnecting and reconnecting until the mouse finally broke. I got sent a brand new one from overclockers and now the mouse is doing the exact same thing. Is there anyway I can be sent a new one with a working cord because this is starting to get annoying
 
I have this issue as well, mouse goes through periods of not working at all. A fix seems to be the "ascended" cable kit from the glorious website, you have to do it yourself and they cost £15

Edit: I got in touch with customer support @ Glorious myself. You have to provide a video of the mouse problem showing your original invoice/receipt and model serial number which should be attached to the cable. Once this was verified i got a discount code giving me 100% off a new cable with free shipping from the USA.

You may be better off doing this yourself unless OCUK can guarantee they have the new model in stock for a replacement!

I have just bought 2 of these and they seem to both have the rev1 cable. In anticipation of failure I have bought the ascend kit for both of them, one purple, one blue. Puts a chunk on top of the cost of the mouse :(
 
Had the same problem with mine, ended up returning it and going with the Xtrfy also and not had any issues with that so far.
